I’ve worn many hats across education, tech, agriculture, and operations, and in every role, I’ve had to learn quickly, adapt fast, and get things done. Today, I bring all of that experience to small business owners and entrepreneurs who need a capable, resourceful partner to step in and make things work.

 

From building a private school from the ground up to leading operations for a regenerative agriculture company, I’ve managed teams, streamlined systems, and solved complex challenges, often under pressure. I’ve trained users on software they never thought they’d understand, built workflows from scratch, and kept the wheels turning across dozens of projects simultaneously.

 

But beyond strategy and leadership, I roll up my sleeves and handle the work. I’m proficient in Canva and InDesign for on-brand graphics and marketing materials, and I can jump into your website on platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress to make updates, troubleshoot issues, or give it a refresh. I also know my way around tools like QuickBooks, Gusto, Dubsado, Notion, HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and more, and I’m just as comfortable managing a calendar as I am optimizing a system. If I haven’t used a tool before, I’ll figure it out fast, and show you how to make the most of it.
